We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service in both English and Spanish, responding to customer inquiries, order processing and providing accurate information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide accurate information to customers about products and services.
• Provide customer phone support, order processing along with inbound and outbound sales calls
• Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction levels.
