We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing invoicing, payments and various clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, 2+ years of accounts receivable positions.

Responsibilities:

• Review invoicing for accuracy
• Review delivery truck paperwork
• Contact customers for payment of COD deliveries.
• Data entry for A/R
• Various clerical duties.

Required qualifications:

• Experience with Word, Excel, and Accounting data entry
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must
• Must be detail oriented, accurate and thorough
• A must for excellent attendance and promptness

Job Type: Full-time
